Your new company
Hays Accountancy & Finance are recruiting on behalf of their exclusive client for a temporary Finance Administrator to join this busy team during a period of long-term sickness cover. This is a full-time office-based position offering a salary of up to 28,000 (up to 14.50 per hour) depending on experience.
Your new role
You will process a high volume of complex invoices, including reconciling and matching the order and the data on the system. You will also complete accurate data entry and any other finance administration duties required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience of processing and ideally matching invoices. You will be comfortable with accurate data entry and you will have good experience with basic Excel. You will be an excellent communicator who can work well on your own. You will be able to work accurately to a tight deadline in a high-volume environment.
