Infovista's Alliance & Channel Team is looking for a Global Account Manager for our (Nokia & Ericsson) accounts. The GAM will support and develop the Account worldwide.
The successful candidate will:
* Have the overall responsibility of Ericsson & Nokia accounts management.
* Be responsible for Ericsson & Nokia business objectives achievements.
* Be responsible for the definition and execution of the Accounts Sales Strategies & Growth Plans.
* Work as a Sales Support Specialist for this account and manage all opportunities globally.
* Interact with all departments of the company for any matter related to this account.
* Be the main daily interface with this global customer and their different entities worldwide.
* Oversee tracking and reporting all sales activities related to this global customer.
* Oversee Ericsson and Nokia pipeline management and qualification by working with the different field organizations and directly with the customers.
* As part of the pipeline management, proactively set-up regular calls with internal field teams and customers to assess, update, and take actions on the pipeline and related sales opportunities to maximize the bookings and revenue with Ericsson.
* Proactively prospect leads and qualified opportunities with potential clients.
* Create a pipeline via leads management and qualification from marketing campaigns.
* Manage, qualify, and nurture sales leads coming from marketing campaigns.
* Research existing accounts, identify key players and opportunities, and generate interest.
* Engage leads in dialogue either through phone or email.
* Work closely with the local sales team to accelerate the sales cycle and generate quotes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s in Business, IT or Engineering studies.
* At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role within the software industry (Networks or Telecommunications area).
* Fluency in English and other language(s) will be an advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to assess customer requirements, identify business problems, and show proposed solutions.
* Ability to influence by communicating ideas and technical concepts effectively.
* Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport.
* Organization skills and self-discipline.
* Good command of Microsoft Excel is essential and experience with Salesforce.com is preferred.

* Sales quota for Fiscal Years and per quarters.
* Pipeline generation.
* Business growth.
