Health and Safety Consultant
Pertemps Stoke are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Health and Safety professional to join our client based in the Stoke-on-Trent area who is a leading provider of Health and Safety services.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality health and safety consultancy services to a diverse range of clients. This role will involve travelling across the UK, providing expert advice and supporting businesses in managing and improving their health and safety practices.
Key responsibilities of this Health and Safety Consultant role:
1. Provide expert advice tailored to industry regulations and ensure clients meet legal obligations
2. Prepare and deliver presentations, reports and management information related to health and safety performance
3. Conduct health and safety training workshops, awareness sessions and deliver relevant educational content to clients
4. Carry out health and safety audits, assess compliance and ensure evidence of effective implementation
5. Lead the design, set up and ongoing support of bespoke safety management systems for clients, from initial implementation to updates and ongoing management
Skills required for this Health and Safety Consultant role:
1. General NEBOSH qualification or higher
2. Strong knowledge of health and safety legislations
3. Able to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients at all levels
4. Able to work independently and manage your own workload while also contributing as a team player
5. Must be computer literate
6. Full UK driving license and business insurance
7. Must be flexible to suit the needs of the business

Details of this Health and Safety Consultant role:
1. Monday to Friday 8:00 - 16:30 (Early finish on Fridays)
2. Salary - £28,000 - £35,000 Dependent on experience
