A fantastic opportunity has arisen within our Enrolment and Events team. Our passionate and dedicated team work year round to help with the students' journey. The Enrolment and Events Team are heavily involved in the students' first experience of University life as well as one of their last. Through the helpline, welcome pages and ID Card Handout, we aim to prepare the students for their study and our preparation and planning of the graduation ceremonies celebrates their successes.
About the Role:
We are looking for the right candidate to appoint to the role of the Education Services Administrator. The successful individual will work flexibly across a range of tasks within the teams and will have responsibility for defined areas of work.
The successful candidate will help to coordinate and deliver a customer-focussed service through our dedicated helpline, email support and face-to-face interactions. You will work in close liaison with the wider Education Services office to provide support to our colleagues and deliver an excellent service to our students. Key events will include Online Enrolment support, ID Card distribution, Welcome Webpages as well as supporting our start of year welcome activities and graduation ceremonies. The team are also responsible for the production and distribution of all award certificates and award verifications.
This role is predominately student-facing, especially at certain points of the year, and an on-campus presence is required every day during these times. The helpline is open between 8.45am – 4.15pm.
This is a Fixed-term maternity cover position, with an anticipated end date in March 2026. Please see the attached Job Description below for further information regarding person specifications.
