Are you our next Care Team Leader? Here’s more about the role:
As a Care Team Leader, you will look after the day-to-day needs of our residents, whilst showing compassion, care and commitment to having a positive impact on their lives. You will work with a team of like-minded individuals, all with a desire to ensure that our residents are comfortable in their home. You will also support Care Assistants in their development.

What skills do I need?
* Teamwork is essential.
* Experience in care is required; an NVQ3 in Social Care is desirable.
* Good communication skills and a flexible approach.
* Kindness and a genuine liking for older people are essential.
