We are currently representing a company which has an exciting opportunity for a Sales Office Manager, based over in Cradley Heath our client is a well-established distribution company. The company specialises in the distribution of surface materials to commercial and residential sectors. The working hours are: 8:00AM – 5:30PM Monday – Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break. Key skills and responsibilities: A flexible, highly motivated, proactive, and can-do working style. Excellent understanding of customer needs. Strong team management and leadership skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise. Work effectively to deadlines. Ensure all sales office targets are met. Recruit, train and manage the sales office staff. Liaise with manufacturers’ representatives. Ensure the trade counter operates effectively and safely. Assist the sales and marketing director with marketing tasks needed. Benefits: Company pension.
