They are looking for passionate and dynamic Early Career Teachers (ECTs) or recent graduates to join their dedicated team. About the role:
As an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or Recent Graduate Teacher, you will be joining a vibrant and collaborative team of educators, where you will be supported through your induction year and beyond. You will have the opportunity to teach your specialist subject or a range of subjects and be a positive influence on students’ academic, social, and emotional development.
* You will earn a starting salary of £31,000
* Permanent, full-time roles starting in September
Key responsibilities:
* Delivering high-quality lessons to students in line with the national curriculum and school policies
* Assess, track, and report student progress, providing consistent feedback to help them achieve their full potential
* Contribute to the development of engaging lesson plans and resources
* Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and support
* Engage in regular professional development, including induction activities and ECT support sessions

* A relevant degree in a specific subject or education
* Newly qualified teacher status (QTS) or due to complete teacher training
* A passion for helping students succeed
