General Description:
You will take on a crucial role in our sales tasks for the target market of the UK! Be responsible for marketing Clenergy’s products, solutions, and services. Manage the products offered in the local market, support technical staff, acquire new customers, and maintain relationships with regional partner networks. Collaborate with marketing, finance, technical, and support staff to achieve company goals.
Main Objectives & Responsibilities:
1. Complete personal annual/quarterly sales targets according to the sales tasks assigned by the company.
2. Participate in the planning and execution of various market activities, promote and mobilize company resources for target market expansion and quality customer development.
3. In-depth understanding of customer needs, provide customer advice (B2B), and acquire new customers for our photovoltaic products in the areas of Roof PV mounting, Fixed tiled mounting systems, and add-on solutions for PV installations.
4. Present our technical product solutions and provide technical suggestions to our partners in their offices and/or at solar shows/solar events. Additionally, conduct training during online presentations or online marketing events.
5. Be responsible for the sales process, create offers, consultation documents, and carry out sales negotiations independently.
6. Assist in ensuring quality of delivery and customer satisfaction.
7. Participate in order/contract review and business contract drafting, and provide customer risk warnings.
8. Collect customer payments according to the accounts receivable collection plan.
9. Accept other work assigned by the company.
Required Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:
1. A successfully completed technical or commercial training with experience in selling technical products.
2. At least 3 years of sales experience in the PV sector.
3. Familiar with PV roof constructions and PV ground mounting systems.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
6. Motivated, energetic, good at dealing with people, and comfortable with group presentations.
7. Coordination, team player, and problem-solving skills are essential.
8. Comfortable in a multinational environment.
9. Willingness to travel on business with a percentage of 40-50% to customers (not including trips to China or trade fairs) and possession of a class B driving license.
