Job Description:
Grade C - £31,373 (National Framework) or £36,775 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25). An additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum is also provided for those working from home.
Contracted Hours: Full time 37 hours per week; flexible and compressed hours considered.
Contract Type: Permanent
Location: Homeworking options available; flexible working arrangements encouraged.

Candidate Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent qualification, or relevant operational experience
* Understanding of CQC and related organizations
* Financial management skills, including budgeting and forecasting
* Experience with management information and policy implementation
* Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
* Leadership and team management experience
* Excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills
* Knowledge of health and social care environment and governance frameworks
