You will manage a major aerospace industry key account covering its 8 aerospace part manufacturing sites located in the Midlands. You will focus on achieving top of class customer satisfaction working closely with the Commercial, Operations and EHS teams to ensure we are delivering excellent levels of service to our customers in a safe, productive and cost-effective manner. What will you do? Overall accountability and primary point of contact for the assigned key account customer sites in the Midlands region. Our customer is a global leader aerospace part manufacturer. In collaboration with the Site Manager and Business Development Manager, create and implement a strategic plan to ensure customer satisfaction and business goals and KPIs are met. Nurture strong relationships and regular communication with the customer stakeholders, represent QH in customer meetings and guide the site and operations team to follow the same guidelines with their cross functional stakeholders. Manage the reporting, analysis and presentation of the Cost Value Reconciliation process, product pricing and margin review, profitability target alignment, contract P&L adherence, etc. Responsible for on site stock, make sure the site team are managing products and consumable stocks efficiently and maintaining agreed quantity levels. Together with EHS and the Site Services Operations team, ensure the customer site services provided are operating safely and in accordance with QH policies. What are we looking for? The ideal candidate will have solid experience as a Key Account Manager within a multinational environment. A background in managing service contracts within the industrial sector and/or any metalworking experience is highly valued. Excellent communication skills and a strategic business understanding that allows an effective management of key stakeholders of all seniority levels, is a must. Soft skills: Results driven, leadership skills, problem solver, customer focus and receptive to change. High safety consciousness is a must. Safety is at the core of our culture.
