Main duties of the job
Our nurses are responsible for the provision of compassionate quality nursing care, within a multi-disciplinary environment, to ensure individualised and effective care is practiced at all times.
(Candidates are advised that if they are offered the opportunity to be registered on our bank of temporary workers they will be required to attend 4 days of Induction and work 4 paid shadow shifts on different areas prior to being able to book shifts - this is to provide our temporary workers with support and confidence.)

* To be responsible for the delivery of patient-centered care.
* Assist the ward staff in the provision of clinical and professional advice, expertise and support.

* Assess care required, requesting medical input as necessary and devising appropriate care programmes for the patient.
* Liaise with other professionals to ensure cohesive patient care.
