£11.59ph then rises to £11.88ph after 12 weeks

Role Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Admin Officer for the Leeds Social Security and Child Support Tribunal with our client, The Ministry of Justice. The role will include working as part of a flexible team in a back-office environment and will be responsible for the overall running of the courts.
Responsibilities include:
1. Administration tasks using internal IT systems (full training provided)
2. Data input
3. Updating and organising Excel spreadsheets
4. Monitoring email inbox
5. Tribunal hearing clerking
6. Email correspondence
7. Processing of Tribunal Admin work
8. Telephone calls
9. Portal management
10. Listing appeals for hearing
Skills and Experience required:
* Great communication skills and excellent telephone manner
* Able to work at pace
* Positive, can-do attitude
* Customer service experience
* Able to multitask
* Strong admin ability
* IT literate, use of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel
