Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate - Corporate Occupiers - Manchester city centre
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a talented Associate or Senior Associate to join the Corporate Occupiers team within a leading national Real Estate practice, based in Manchester. This role offers the chance to work alongside leading Partners in the field, advising an impressive roster of retail, leisure, and major corporate occupier clients on strategic property matters.
The Opportunity:
You'll play a key part in advising on the acquisition, disposal, and management of large property portfolios across the UK, working closely with colleagues across offices and practice areas.

6. Supporting clients through expansion, rationalisation, and operational changes.
7. Leading and assisting on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, lease renewals, and general estate management.
8. Working closely with colleagues across the national Real Estate group to deliver a seamless and strategic service to clients.
9. Helping to develop junior members of the team and contributing to business development initiatives.
The Candidate:
1. 3+ years PQE in commercial real estate, ideally with experience acting for occupier clients.
2. The firm are keen to hear from associate and senior associate level candidates and the work can be tailored accordingly.
3. A strong technical grounding in landlord and tenant matters, acquisitions/disposals, and general portfolio management.
4. Excellent commercial acumen and a proactive, client-focused approach.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills - a team player with a collaborative mindset.
6. A genuine interest in developing your career within a market-leading real estate practice.
