Support Workers provide a support service to the Therapeutic Treatment Programme, ensuring a safe and therapeutic environment is maintained. The role is to offer support and care by facilitating open and collaborative conversations that can assist Service Users in their discovery of alternative solutions to substance use difficulties.
Essential:
1. Grade C GCSE English and Maths or equivalent
2. At least one year’s experience of working in a supportive environment where adults have experienced Mental Health difficulties.
3. Experience of maintaining electronic records
4. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and sleepovers
5. Registration or be willing to register with the Northern Ireland Social Care Council
6. Willing to work within the ethos of the Presbyterian Church In Ireland and the ethos of Carlisle House i.e. respect, acceptance and compassion

Hours: 22.5 hours per week - evenings & weekends (sleep-in duties required and are in addition to 22.5 hours)
