The product provides data analytics for blue chip organisations such as Morrisons, The Co-op, Coca-Cola, and Nestle, to name a few. They are going through a significant amount of growth throughout the whole business, and this is a great time to join them on this exciting journey.
ROLE: Customer Success Manager
SALARY: Up To £47,000

What you’ll bring:
* Previous experience in a CSM role – we’re not looking for someone in sales or account management, just customer success.
* Knowledge of FMCG desirable (If not, it’s okay, we’ll teach you!).
* Previous experience in a SaaS based environment.
* We want you to be organised (Keeping on top of follow ups and admin is crucial).
* Confidence, this is a client facing role – so confidence really is key!
