Education Welfare Officer
36.5 hours per week, Term time plus 1 week
Salary range pt 16 – pt 21 £32,115 to £36,124
Pro rata £29,224 to £32,872
Hours of work will be 8:30am until 4:30pm Monday to Friday (Subject to negotiation)

The Governors of this dynamic 11-19 school are seeking to appoint a committed, dependable and reliable colleague to this key role within our Associate Staff Team. We are seeking a flexible and enthusiastic person to become a member of our Attendance Team.
In partnership with the Attendance Manager to work under the direction of the Senior Leadership Team to promote attendance at school and student welfare.
This is written at a specific time and is subject to change as the demands of the school and the role develops.
The role requires flexibility and adaptability, and the employees of the school need to be aware that they may be asked to perform tasks and be given responsibilities not detailed in this .
