Job Title: Customer Services Advisor Location : Stockton - TS18 3BL Salary: Competitive Job Type: Permanent, Part Time (20 - 25 Hours) About us: This company are looking for an enthusiastic Customer Services Advisor to form part of our Team at Stockton. The role is responsible for dealing directly with suppliers, customers and site administration. The incumbent will be responsible for performing the day-to-day administration and support activities for the Stockton site, ensuring that all orders and documentation are accounted for accurately and that these are conveyed to our partners in a timely manner. The candidate will also make suggestions for continuous improvement across Customer Services processes, whilst maintaining customer and stakeholders' requirements, managing these to the highest standards possible. Duties will include: Administration and processing of orders and information relating to Stockton Site. Processing Documentation for UK and European Orders Inbound and Outbound Call Handling Supporting site management team with IMS responsibilities, including support during audits and maintaining site compliance documentation. Ensuring our Logistical requirements are being fulfilled by Haulage Partners Ensuring customer service queries are dealt with in an efficient manner through to completion, and if required escalated through the Site Manager and Commercial teams. The ideal candidate will be: Personable, Confident and customer focused. IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Platforms and strong attention to detail Demonstrable organisation, time management and customer service experience. Great team player - eager to support, with a proactive nature. Previous Export documentation preparation & booking experience. Committed to the company's behaviours and code of conduct and lives by the organisation golden rules.
