This newly created role has become available to develop key partners across the UK & Ireland. Working for an Industrial manufacturing business who are best in class within their field offering unique support and added value engineering solutions via distribution partners and re-sellers.
The Role
The primary focus of the role will be to increase sales of engineered products such as steam systems, valves, instrumentation and services
As a Customer Service Advisor 70% of your time will be focused on
* Value added activities – quote follow ups, proactive sales calls and developing relationships with key partners
* Supporting field sales engineers and achieving high customer satisfaction
* Quarterly customer visits and reviews
* Ownership of industrial resellers and distribution accounts
30% will be more strategic and involve
* Sales product analysis such as trending products, competitor and gap analysis
* Administration and collaboration with internal team such as marketing, engineering and services
* Conference meetings and events
The Candidate
We are looking for the following experience and aspirations
* B2B sales in any of the following areas – internal sales, sales engineering, account management, business development, customer service or distribution management
* Drive to succeed and aspirations to take advantage of growth and development
* Team orientated and desire to learn
The role will offer hybrid working with 3 days a week expected in Cheltenham
