Role Overview: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD), you will be part of a Multi-Disciplinary team, ensuring high-quality care and promoting the best interests of patients and carers. You will maintain a safe care environment, exercise professional judgment, and use your expertise in a dynamic setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver prescribed care within an agreed framework. Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care in collaboration with patients and their families. Monitor and review care plans, responding to changes in patient conditions. Engage with patients to assess their needs and evaluate progress. Work effectively within a team, participating in meetings and clinical supervision.
