Are you someone who is passionate about delivering engaging and informative training? Do you have a keen interest in supporting people’s development and experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity in our Property Training team supporting our Property Claims team.
A bit about the job:
As a training facilitator, you will play a crucial role in equipping our Property Claims team with the skills and knowledge they need to excel.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Induction Training: Facilitate induction sessions for new recruits, enhancing their technical skills and capabilities to ensure they provide market-leading service to our customers.
2. Ongoing Development: Design and deliver ongoing training programs for experienced staff, supporting their continuous professional development.
3. Operational Support: Collaborate with our operational teams to identify training needs and develop tailored training solutions.
Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience delivering training courses in a classroom environment within insurance is desirable (preferably in property insurance). Candidates with strong claims knowledge without training experience will also be considered.
* Possess excellent communication, organisational, presentation, and engagement skills; self-motivated and eager to learn new skills.
* Strong ability to coach and provide constructive feedback that will support the development of individuals.
* Excellent stakeholder management.
* Identify and recommend training opportunities using data and insights.
This role benefits from smart working where you spend 50% of your week in the office. Please note that during classroom training, you will be office-based – this can be 3 weeks continuously.
