Job summary The Regional Operations Centre (ROC) ensures an effective and coordinated response to a range of dynamic challenges, includingsupporting the operational delivery of the winter preparedness process, co-ordinating restoration, and general system pressures as they arise. The team is pivotal in the overall co-ordination and leadership of the daily UEC operational demands, leading system co-ordination working closely with ICB, SCC and National colleagues to ensure an accurate picture of demand and timely resolution of issues. This role requires taking part in a 5 day over 7 days working pattern this will include weekends and bank holiday working, this working pattern is in operation 12 months of the year. Main duties of the job As Project Support, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering support against a number of projects. The post holder will support appropriate leads to ensure that any projects aligned to the Regional Operations Centre are planned and managedeffectively to ensure successful delivery. The role supports the Regional Operations Centre and wider team in driving transformation across a number of supporting functions, and other Cells that are key to supporting the Region in delivery of its overarching priorities.
