Job Title: Performance Account Manager
Client Location: Central London - Hybrid (3 days on-site)
Starting: ASAP/March 2025
Salary/Pay Rate: £57,990 per annum, pro rata (PAYE)
Hours: Full-time
Duration: 6 months
Our tech client is seeking a Performance Account Manager to support their marketing, sales, and business expansion initiatives. This role requires a data-driven professional with expertise in advertising sales, digital media, and strategic consulting.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support larger projects by executing assigned tasks and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
2. Analyze business challenges to identify opportunities in marketing, sales, and distribution.
3. Assist in creating project plans, identifying dependencies, and outlining next steps.
4. Develop clear and fact-based communications for stakeholders, presenting analytical findings effectively.
5. Utilize standard tools and processes to address defined business challenges, escalating complex issues when needed.
6. Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer support teams to drive pipeline and new customer acquisition.
7. Identify operational efficiencies through process optimization and technology adoption.
8. Provide data-driven insights to refine product and sales strategies based on stakeholder feedback.
9. Execute in-depth data analysis to generate strategic recommendations that influence key decisions.
10. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business growth.
Skills & Experience Required:
1. Solid experience in advertising sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
2. Hands-on experience in Paid Search, Display, Video, and other digital media channels.
3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
4. Experience conducting customer research to understand industry trends, competition, and target audiences.
5. Ability to combine technical and financial data to showcase the value of digital products and solutions.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present findings clearly.
