Job Description:
Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR who are a leading global engineering, construction, and services company. KBR supports the hydrocarbon and government services markets on six continents. Serving their customers through diverse business units, KBR offers challenging assignments on some of the world's largest and most complex projects.
We are looking to recruit a 3D CAD Co-ordinator (Smartplant S3D) on a 12-month contract based in Leatherhead, Surrey.

3. Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 days from home
Purpose of the Role:
Under broad direction, oversee and perform a full range of activities associated with 3D CAD coordination, management, and system administration activities.
Responsibilities:
1. Accountable for the creation and implementation of CAD Management policies, plans, specifications, and procedures including naming convention, hierarchy conventions, attributes/data content and ensuring compliance.
2. Develop 3D model hierarchy and naming conventions to align with Project requirements.
3. 3D CAD Execution plan.
4. Responsible for the development of detailed work instructions and job notes.
5. Accountable for the success of CAD Management activities and deliverables in accordance with agreed schedules, focused on achieving project goals and objectives.
6. Establish, maintain and improve CAD Management processes, systems, and tools to aid efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Communicate regularly with multi-office CAD teams by use of regular coordination meetings, briefing sessions to share knowledge, best practices, and lessons learned.
8. Support and ensure the correct deployment and utilization of CAD Management systems.
9. Development of discipline 2D deliverables from PDMS Draft (or E3D Draw).
10. Generation of regular project Review models.
11. Incorporation of supplier 3D model for space reservation and clash detection.
12. Generation of Project 3D visualization images, using Navisworks.
13. Manage software problems and reporting to KBR Service desk.
14. Support introduction and upgrade of software/application versions.
15. Desktop support/troubleshooting of PDMS applications.
16. Interface with IM Data management to provide 3D model progress measurement and coordinated 2D and 3D data flow.
17. Support 3D model object engineering and model status reporting.
18. Clash management and reporting.
