Job Role Details:
We are looking for an experienced 360 Senior Recruitment Consultant to specialise in our niche sectors and become an expert in your field!
Key Recruitment Skills Required:
1. 360 Recruitment experience is ESSENTIAL.
2. You must have over 3 solid years' experience in a 360 Recruitment Consultant role.
3. A professional and consultative approach in developing new clients and managing existing clients is key.
4. You must be confident in your recruitment abilities and show resilience in the role.
5. Impeccable time management skills.
6. Excellent rapport building skills are essential.
7. You must be able to prioritise your own workload using your own initiative.
8. A Senior Recruitment Consultant who takes great pride in their work and is results-oriented.
9. Quality is key in everything we do.
10. A confident, enthusiastic personality would fit perfectly into our positive team!
11. A strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
12. Ability to handle working in a demanding, fast-paced industry while believing in quality and offering the best service possible.
13. Experience with Broadbean, Total Jobs, and CV Library would be useful.
14. You must be process-driven and organised to manage a busy daily routine.
15. Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with your team.

Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 16:45 (30 mins lunch break).
