Supporting the Front of House Manager, the management of client expectations is at the forefront of all you undertake. With the ability to engage and create a welcoming environment, you will support and guide customers through a seamless transaction of collecting and returning their motorhomes. Responsibilities Uphold all aspects of customer service, to include: Issue pre-hire emails to notify customers of requirements for hire Verify validity for drive hire through DVLA, driver’s license and passport checks and follow up where necessary Scheduling vehicle collection times via telephone and email Respond to general enquiries via telephone and email ahead of client collections Conducting final checks on all vehicles to ensure they are ready for hire, ensuring all additional extras purchased are loaded into vehicle Meet & Greet clients Responsible for the complete handover of the motorhome to the customer from start to finish, including obtaining the necessary documents, upselling shop items, taking payments, explaining rental agreement and providing a full tour of the motorhome Responsible for inspecting and checking the vehicle on return from hire, including taking payment for all chargeable items and dealing with accident and damage scenarios Resolve customer issues directly with limited requirement for escalation to head office team Ensure all lost property is logged and returned to customers or dealt with appropriately Collecting client feedback General reception duties to include: - Weekly recording of stock take - Coffee machine re-stock & clean - Shop re-stock Person Specification Knowledge of customer service principles and practices Possess a friendly and engaging personality along with a confident manner Conflict resolution skills Good data entry and typing skills, paired with knowledge of I.T & Microsoft packages Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service - demonstrating business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expected Resilient and flexible and able to work in a fast paced and dynamic demanding environment Good attention to detail Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations Full driver’s license with more than 2 years driving experience Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £24,000.00 per year Benefits: Company events Company pension Employee discount Free flu jabs Free parking Health & wellbeing programme Referral programme Sick pay Schedule: 8 hour shift Day shift Application question(s): Are you aged 21 years or over (for driving insurance purposes)?
