We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive their growth and expand their market presence. The opportunity: As Business Development Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, focusing on OEM, Industry, and Distribution sectors. You'll leverage your technical expertise and business acumen to identify new opportunities, nurture existing relationships, and drive revenue growth. What you will do: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in OEM, Industry, and Distribution sectors Provide technical expertise and consultative solutions to clients, addressing their flow control challenges Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs What you will have: Minimum of a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering Proven experience in flow control, with specific expertise in mechanical seals, centrifugal pumps, and valves Demonstrated success in B2B sales, preferably in OEM, Industry, or Distribution sectors Strong technical knowledge and ability to understand and communicate complex engineering concepts Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to travel as required for client meetings and industry events The successful individual will be joining a business that focuses on creating long-term value for customers and employees through a passionate dedication to excellence and a disciplined management process.
