LCS Ltd. is one of Ireland's leading suppliers of rehabilitation and seating products. The company currently measures, designs, manufactures and fits bespoke, moulded seating as well as distributes equipment to retailers throughout Europe. We are successful and enthusiastic – we are at a crucial stage in our ambitious growth plans. Due to continued success, we now have an exciting opportunity for an International Sales Manager to build upon our sales processes outside the island of Ireland.
About the Role:
The Manager will work with the senior team – including an internal marketing team – to promote LCS, its products and its services to a number of niche market segments. These will in primarily be in Great Britain, Europe and key markets across the world. Target markets will be throughout the supply chain in the design and manufacturing of bespoke seating. Activity will largely be on a “business to business” sales process supported by various promotional tactics. You will be supported by senior team members delivering technical aspects of presentation. Although the role will involve execution of key strategies already decided you will have the opportunity to bring your experience and creativity to assist the company in achieving its goals. Although this is a manager’s role there is currently no management of a sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the senior team in international B2B sales activity;
* Deliver and further develop the company’s international sales strategy;
* Deliver a KPI based B2B sales campaign with clear inputs and outputs being reported;
* Work with marketing team to design and deliver key messages to niche businesses throughout the world;
* Design, deliver and report upon marketing and sales strategy within budget (outside of Ireland);
* Execute activities to achieve clear sales targets based on volume and profitability of sales.
Essential Criteria:
* Proven experience in an international B2B selling role (3 years +);
* Proven experience in managing an international sales pipeline with clear KPI’s (including budgets);
* Established skill set of design and delivering sales presentations;
* A 3rd level qualification – preferably linked to marketing, sales or business administration.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience with Hub Spot or similar CRM systems.
* Background / experience in technical products with an engineering basis.
* Background in the healthcare / clinical / medical device industry.
* Familiarity with the latest production technologies and equipment in our ranges.
* Strong project management skills – particularly in the design, implementation and reporting of stand alone sales projects within a senior team.
