Corin is seeking a Recruitment Business Partner to spearhead, enhance, and orchestrate recruitment activity across the organization. This role is a crucial ambassadorial position in attracting the best talent, positioning Corin as an "Employer of Choice."
As the Recruitment Business Partner, you will forge robust key stakeholder relationships, work closely with the global HR team, and cultivate local commercial and educational partnerships externally. Based at our Global Head office in Cirencester, we offer flexibility to work from home on a hybrid basis up to 2 days per week, to engage with candidates spanning different time zones. For the right candidate, there is an openness to explore part-time arrangements, ensuring the business's recruitment needs are met by the best candidate.

4. Versatile experience encompassing operational, administrative, and managerial domains
5. Adept at juggling conflicting deadlines and priorities

7. Prior experience in recruitment and selection, whether in-house or via recruitment agencies, including headhunting and direct sourcing methods
8. Proficient in recruitment legislation and practices across key markets
9. Proficient in LinkedIn and possesses strong IT skills in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and social media platforms.
The primary responsibilities of the Recruitment Business Partner include:
1. Spearheading recruitment initiatives and processes organization-wide in collaboration with the Global HR Director and regional HR leads/Business Partners
2. Crafting innovative recruitment strategies to attract new talent and ensure a positive candidate journey
3. Cultivating candidate/talent pipelines
4. Establishing solid relationships with hiring managers to grasp their recruitment needs and objectives
5. Identifying, headhunting, selecting, and onboarding exceptional candidates
6. Advertising approved vacancies on relevant job boards, including social media channels
7. Collaborating with local entities (Cirencester Chamber of Commerce) and educational institutions
