Experienced Employment Solicitor - No targets/billing - Great Culture Leeds Think Legal Recruitment are working with an employment law boutique firm in Leeds city centre who are looking to bring in an experienced employment lawyer into their Leeds based team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer who perhaps is looking for a different proposition than you'd find in traditional private practice. There are no targets here, no micromanaging, definitely no egos, with the lawyers here priding themselves on not taking themselves too seriously, whilst still proving an excellent and professional service to the clients the represent. To this this end the firm punch well above their weight for their size. A lot of the clients they work with are national and international names and they advise them on all aspects of advisory and contentious UK employment law. The majority of the work here is respondent based, but they do deal with some higher end claimant work at director/exec levels. Fit is really important here. Whilst on paper you will be a strong technical employment lawyer with a good track record of experience at good firms, you must also have a good personality and sense of humour alongside a passion for employment law. From a PQE perspective it is likely you will have at least 5 years' PQE although the firm are open minded if slightly more junior and you fit into the friendly culture that they have fostered. Salary is competitive in the market depending on experience benefits.
