Teaching Assistant Role for Psychology Graduates, Leeds
Protocol Education is seeking dedicated Psychology Graduates to support students with diverse needs, including Autism, ADHD, and Severe Learning Difficulties. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to positively impact students' lives and contribute to their educational development.
Responsibilities:
* Provide individual or group support to students with SEND
* Assist children with class tasks
* Collaborate with teachers to foster an inclusive learning environment
* Communicate effectively with students and support behavioral needs
* Utilize various resources and techniques to enhance student engagement
Candidate Requirements:
* A passionate, positive attitude towards supporting SEN children
* An open-minded, collaborative approach
* Adaptability and versatility in classroom settings
* Valid DBS clearance

Pay rates include statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with potential for permanent placement later.
