Location: London (x2 a week)
An established and expanding MSP are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the dynamic team. In this role, you will take ownership of internal end-to-end project delivery, ensuring successful implementation of key solutions across our the company. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive projects forward, ensuring timelines, budgets, and objectives are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Proven experience of end-to-end Project Management for large-scale projects and programmes.
* End-to-end software development lifecycle experience with at least two projects involving the rollout or significant enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development, and People Analytics).
* Proven track record of managing projects replacing business applications internally for organizations where continuity of service is critical.
* Ability to analyse complex project data and make informed decisions.
* Ability to motivate and lead a diverse project team towards achieving common goals.
* Comfortable with change and capable of adapting to new project demands and environments.
* Understanding of the PMO team and use of PPM tools.
* Knowledge and understanding of PRINCE2.
* Communications and stakeholder management.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred.
* Past HR professional experience.
* Worked on implementation/enhancement projects for other HR applications.
* Experience in implementation of Hire-to-Retire value stream.
Responsibilities:
* Define project scope, goals, deliverables, detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
* Coordinate and manage third-party vendors to ensure they deliver to the agreed plan.
* Lead and manage the project team, ensuring clarity of objectives and delivering results.
* Ensure timely communication to secure buy-in and align resources for effective delivery.
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure project success.
* Establish and maintain relationships with project stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, changes, and issues.
* Cost and benefit tracking.
* Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
* Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
* Ensure proper project documentation and handover to operational teams if applicable.
