Key Responsibilities
1. Live Production Support
• Assist with troubleshooting and configuration of production switchers and broadcast products.
• Provide technical support for live production teams.
2. Post Production Support
• Offer technical assistance on video post-production products.
• Collaborate with post-production teams to resolve technical issues.
3. Camera User Support
• Provide expert support for users of professional cinema and video cameras.
• Troubleshoot camera-related issues and perform basic repairs.
