Responsibilities: Visiting care homes, hospitals, and private customers to understand their specific healthcare needs Offering tailored product recommendations based on customer requirements Building and nurturing long-term relationships with existing and potential clients Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs Staying informed about industry trends, product innovations, and market dynamics Delivering exceptional customer service and support at all stages of the sales process Maintaining detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions within CRM systems Requirements: Prior experience in a field sales role is preferred, ideally within the healthcare sector; however, we welcome driven graduates with the right attitude to excel in sales A compassionate and empathetic approach to customer engagement Excellent communication and relationship-building skills A consultative approach to sales, including problem-solving and presenting customized solutions Ability to digest and present technical product information clearly Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset Self-motivated with the ability to meet sales targets and objectives Clean driving license (up to 3 penalty points permitted) Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools Benefits: Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential Company van, mobile phone, tablet, and laptop provided Pension plan and generous holiday entitlement Opportunities for career progression and professional development Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (with some flexibility required) OTE £35K year one (uncapped commission) To apply, please send your updated CV and reach out to Judy for further details.
