Main duties of the job his is an exciting position where you'll have a great opportunity to lead a team of service assistants and be involved in the local shaping and development of this post. You'll work under the guidance of the Clinical Service Manager and will be responsible for day-to-day housekeeping, estates, and facilities operations. This will include the managing, leading and coordinating of a team of Band 2 Service Assistants across our hospital site which includes five busy wards. The role will include overseeing and maintaining our Trust's high standards of hygiene, catering, and housekeeping. This will involve coordinating the service assistant team deployment, supervision, and training needs.
