The Role As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring learning continues when teachers are absent. You will be responsible for supervising pre-planned lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere. Key Responsibilities: Deliver pre-set lesson materials across various subjects. Maintain an engaging, focused, and respectful classroom environment. Support students in completing their work and staying on task. Uphold the academy's high standards for behaviour and safeguarding.
