Could you be the Field Care Supervisor in Radfield Home Care Watford & Borehamwood we’re looking for?
You’ll be taking responsibility for the day-to-day management of care services for our clients. You’ll be running visits to review and assess the work of our care professionals and providing feedback for training and development. As a champion for outstanding care, you’ll be supervising, supporting, and guiding a team of carers on a daily basis.
You’re someone who loves working with people and helping their development, is outcomes-focused, and always looking for ways to enhance the quality of care. You’ll need to have some previous experience providing personal care, working for a home care agency, and mentoring care teams. Additionally, you need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18, and have access to a vehicle.
The role focuses on increasing brand awareness within the territory, promoting Radfield Home Care’s positive image, and building relationships with local professionals and community partners. Key tasks include attending networking and community events, tracking the success of campaigns, identifying content opportunities, staying updated on sector knowledge, and handling other relevant duties as needed.
We’d also love to hear from you if you’ve got previous care experience in roles such as care assistant, senior care assistant, care worker, or support worker along with experience in community engagement.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. The role requires contact with vulnerable clients and therefore all roles will be subject to enhanced DBS disclosure and satisfactory references.
