They are looking for a Regional IT Field Engineer to provide expert onsite IT support and installations, ensuring seamless technology operations across multiple locations.What You’ll Be DoingAs a Regional IT Field Engineer, you will:Provide Onsite IT Support – Act as the go-to technical expert for clients, resolving hardware and software issues efficiently and professionally.Install and Maintain IT Equipment – Deploy and configure end-user hardware such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, AV equipment, and networking hardware.Infrastructure Management – Support and maintain core IT systems, including Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Office 365, and virtualisation work & Security Support – Configure and manage networks, firewalls, VPNs, and backup solutions, ensuring robust security and seamless connectivity.Troubleshooting & Escalation – Quickly diagnose, prioritise, and resolve technical issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.Collaboration & Client Relations – Work closely with client IT teams, stakeholders, and our internal Network Operations Centre to ensure a smooth IT experience.Project Support – Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, migrations, and infrastructure improvements to enhance client operations.What We’re Looking ForWe need a motivated and adaptable IT professional who can confidently handle diverse technical challenges.
