Finance Administrator – Education Industry

Are you looking for an exciting temporary opportunity to join a dynamic team in the education industry? We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator to join our client's organisation in Hindhead for 4 – 8 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide finance support to the team, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions
2. Maintaining the purchase ledger
3. Raising purchase orders, invoices, and expense claims, ensuring accuracy and adherence to organisational policies
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and calculations
2. Proficiency in using finance software and MS Office applications, particularly Excel
3. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with all levels
5. Previous experience in a finance role, preferably within the education sector, would be advantageous
6. A relevant finance qualification or working towards one would be desirable
This part–time role is based in Hindhead and will require a commitment of 20 – 24 hours per week during term time.
