Since we established the company in 2007 we have completed 1000s of heat pump projects across the UK to almost every type of building, such social housing retrofit schemes, new build developments, industrial buildings which require heating and cooling, high rise apartments and schools and more.
We offer products from top European manufacturers like MasterTherm, Ariton and Acond. We provide technical support, training, and design services to installers promoting renewable heating solutions.
You would be joining the team at a very exciting time as we have recently moved to a much larger offices and warehouse with new state of the art training facility.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Ammanford. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. They will also develop and implement strategic sales plans, conduct market research, and collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation skills
* Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Knowledge of renewable heating technologies is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
