My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Health and Safety Coordinator to their management team.
The Health and Safety Coordinator will form an integral part of the Management Team, working across all aspects of the business with the aim of delivering first-class Health, Safety, and Environment Leadership across the Company.
Your responsibilities as the company Health and Safety Coordinator will include reviewing, developing, implementing, and monitoring all management systems relating to Health and Safety, and ensuring that staff, visitors, and contractors are sufficiently trained to comply with current Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation. While the business has excellent processes already in place, you will be required to periodically help review, monitor, and evaluate them while keeping abreast of new and upcoming legislation.
The Health and Safety Coordinator will also be responsible for supporting and advising all departments on required training, delivering specific training as required by the business to ensure Company Environmental, Health, and Safety systems and procedures are being followed.
This is an office-based role at our client's head office in Petersfield, generally 5 days a week. However, as part of the role, you will be required to go on site visits to ensure that all correct Health and Safety processes and procedures are being followed.
If you are looking for an opportunity to join a forward-thinking business that will support you and the team around you in delivering HSE, then why not send your CV via the CV Library link? We will contact you to discuss the role and the company in more detail.
We look forward to your interest. The stated salary is a guide, and our client is prepared to be flexible to ensure they get the right candidate to drive health and safety within the organization.
