Who are you?
You are skilled in grounds maintenance operations with an awareness of all Health and Safety Legislation. Supervisory/leadership experience would be an advantage. A full clean UK driving licence is required as you may be required to operate ride-on mowers and drive company vehicles/tow trailers. Certification in PA1 & PA6 is desirable.
A Glimpse into the Role awaiting You
1. Assisting the Contract Manager and Supervisor in the effective management of the programmed maintenance.
2. Proactively leading by example with grounds maintenance work.
3. Maintenance and management of security of the vehicle, plant and equipment.
4. Completing necessary daily check sheets and paperwork involved with the smooth running of operations.
5. Providing support and guidance to the service delivery team e.g. grounds maintenance operatives.
6. Monitoring staff timekeeping, holidays, and sickness levels.
