Payroll Manager – 12-month FTC
Location: Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire
Salary: up to £45K dependent on experience
T2M are working with a leading organisation to appoint a Payroll Manager. This role is initially offered as a 12-month FTC to start ASAP.
As Payroll Manager, your main responsibilities will include;
* Taking sole responsibility for the payroll across the organisation
* Ensuring the payroll is processed accurately and on time
* Submitting monthly payroll, including reviewing overtime and any additions.
* Dealing with all payroll queries from stakeholders
* The role will also encompass elements of bank account reconciliations including multiple accounts, multiple currencies, and petty cash.
* Monitoring cashflow and analysing variances against forecast
* Assisting with month end close and year end audits when required.
* Assisting with the processing monthly credit card transactions, quarterly VAT returns, and collating PSA data when required .
To be successful in this Payroll Manager role you will demonstrate the following:
* Be an experienced payroll professional ideally with a recognised relevant qualification (AAT/ CIPP)
* Ideally experience of bank reconciliations and cash reporting.
* Knowledge of current payroll legislation
