Salary:£50,000 to £70,000 (Dependant on Experience)

Key Responsibilities:
* Managethe daily operations of a childrens home, ensuring compliance withOfstedregulations.
* Lead,train, andmotivatea team of care staff to provide top-quality care.
* Developcare plansandrisk assessmentsto meet individual needs.
* Oversee thehealth, safety, andsafeguardingof all children in your care.
* Managebudgets, staffing, and resources efficiently.
* Maintain strong relationships withsocial workers, parents, and external professionals.
* Regularly review andimprove care qualityto meet high standards.

Skills & Experience Required:
1. Previous experienceas aChildrens Home Manageror Deputy in childrens care.
2. Level 5 Diplomain Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
3. In-depth knowledge ofchildrens care regulations(e.g., Ofsted, Childrens Homes Regulations).
