Miller Grace are working with a reputable firm in the West Midlands, currently looking for a conveyancing assistant to join their growing team based in Coventry.
The Role:
1. Provide full support to your appointed Conveyancer to enable them to operate efficiently.
2. Attend to clients and estate agents by telephone, email, and in person.
3. Prepare correspondence and documents using a case management system.
4. Support colleagues and the wider team as required.

To be successful you will have:
1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
2. A positive working attitude with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
3. Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
4. The ability to manage your own workload.
5. Ideally experience in a conveyancing department.
