Our client, a trusted provider of quality used vans and vehicle services since 2003, is looking for a Call Centre Representative/Assistant to join their team About the Role: As a Call Centre Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our client's customers—both individual motorists and business clients. Working in a busy and dynamic car showroom, your duties will include handling incoming and outgoing customer calls, learning their needs, and recommending the best products, services, or solutions to suit them. Your goal will be to provide exceptional service and ensure each customer leaves satisfied.
