VEHICLE SALES ADMINISTRATOR
The role
* Work closely with Sales Execs/Managers in the processing of customer orders
* Call off sold vehicles from manufacturers
* Action vehicle transfers in and out from/to other dealers
* Monitor and report on vehicle build progress
* Claim vehicle rebates and support from manufacturers
* Claim EV grants from govt.
* Register new vehicles
* Tax vehicles
* Optimise funding of vehicles through stocking lines
* Check and action finance settlements on part exchange vehicles
* Deposit refunds
* Manage manufacturer and finance company audits
* Ensure manufacturer Demo compliance standards are met
* Update and maintain vehicle stock records
* Complete monthly report of new and used vehicles sold
* Ensure all rebates are received from manufacturers
You
* Previous experience in vehicle sales administration
* Computer literate
* Organised

Hours of work/holidays
* 30 – 40 hours per week
* 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Salary
* £12.50 - £13.00 per hour

The role will be based primarily at our Alfa Romeo/Jeep site in Nuneaton but you may occasionally be asked to work at our Hinckley site to provide cover.
