Finke Equipment is hiring an outside sales representative based at our Robert H Finke location. The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers and regions. This role will be focused on Delaware, Sullivan, Ulster, and Dutchess (NY) counties. The perfect candidate should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of accounts
* Develop positive relationships with clients
* Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner
* Pursue sales leads for prospective and existing customers
* Promote and drive equipment rentals
* Schedule and plan sales calls and customer meetings
Qualifications
* Strong customer service skills to effectively address client needs and inquiries
* Proven sales experience, particularly in the construction industry, to drive revenue growth
* Understanding of sales performance metrics
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to facilitate successful sales transactions
* Familiarity with construction projects and services to better assist customers
