About the Job The Assessment Operations team (specifically the Access and inclusion team) is within the Education Office, and the Assessment Operations Analyst is responsible for assessment activities in the Assessment Operations department. The post holder will be responsible for operational activities aligned to the assessment calendar by contributing to the successful delivery of the examination sessions across multiple programmes and languages. Key Responsibilities Process requests for inclusive access arrangements and communicate decisions to schools, in line with IB policy. Process adverse circumstances applications and communicate decisions to schools, in line with IB policy. Collaborate with team members and senior colleagues to ensure the effective management of complex and/or unprecedented cases. Appropriate management of confidential and sensitive psychological and medical documentation. Respond to queries and provide operational support to schools and colleagues. Monitor progress of session activities to ensure on time delivery of results. Collate and analyse assessment related data. Contribute to the continuous improvement of business as usual processes and post examination session analysis. About You A degree or equivalent and/or relevant work experience. An active interest in access & inclusion. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Vitality to implement change, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work in smarter more focused ways. Demonstrable ability to communicate well across all levels of an organization, with the ability to build and foster working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Evidence of communicating effectively and diplomatically with stakeholders on a range of complex, technical and sensitive matters. Delivery of quality outcomes within defined deadlines. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. The following are desirable: Fluency in French and/or Spanish. Experience of working with primary or secondary students in an inclusive education setting or in a psychological testing setting. Experience or working knowledge of cognitive, achievement and other psychological tests. Other Special Requirements: Occasional weekend working is essential during the year.
