Your role
Help drive first class customer service.
Supervise and mentor in-house customer service team.
Set KPI's and objectives.
Work closely with internal teams to drive business and good practices.
Undertake account management of key clients.
Deal with customer queries and complex issues when needed.
Reporting.
Attend customer review meetings on site.
General admin.
Ideal Candidate
Experience of working in a fast-paced customer service role.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience of training, mentoring, and supervising customer service advisors.
High level of attention to detail.
