The Academy Administrator will be responsible for supporting all player and team administration, as well as ensuring that all Academy players are registered with the relevant governing bodies in full compliance with the relevant rules. The role will require excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and relationships with stakeholders within the Club, as well as externally across the wider game. As the Designated Safeguarding Officer, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment, adhering to governance requirements, and promoting the safeguarding of young players within the academy. Main Roles & Responsibilities: Processing the registration for U9-U16 schoolboy players, including incoming and outgoing trialists. Liaise with the PL, EFL and FA as required to administer the necessary registration forms and to amend and update any registrations within the U9-U18 age groups. Coordinate the end of season procedure for the U9-U16 age groups with the retain and release process. Maintain the Player Log for the U9-U18 signings and update as required. Maintain up to date knowledge of the rules and regulations surrounding player registrations, as directed domestically by the PL, EFL, The FA, UEFA and FIFA. Act as the superuser for the Premier League KitMan Labs program. Confirm all relevant requirements relating to Tours and Tournaments. Collaboration with the Head of Education and Player Care in relation to Tours and Tournament Management. In conjunction with the Academy Manager advise on action plans to ensure continued compliance with Youth Development Rules. Manage International Call Ups for All Academy Players. Maintain up to date records of Coaching Qualifications and Licenses for all academy staff. Lead the management of safeguarding concerns and allegations within the Academy. Escalating serious matters to the Senior Safeguarding Manager. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Academy Safeguarding and welfare issues. Providing guidance to staff, players, parents and carers. Maintain confidential and up to date records on all safeguarding concerns via MyConcern.
